In a highly competitive banking market, EagleBank was up against national institutions with bigger brands, deeper pockets, and a slew of recruiting machines to lure top financial talent. They needed to simultaneously compete on two fronts: attracting the kind of business that fuels growth, while recruiting the kind of talent needed to support it. That left us with two marketing problems to solve, and one lean budget to pull it off.

Those two words positioned EagleBank as an institution that empowered both its employees and its clients, without ever having to dilute the message, the budget, or the creative energy behind it.
