The Project Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of Human Resources and Operations. The position requires the employee to break down complex projects into efficient project plans for both client and RP3 projects. He/She will keep work moving, clients excited, creatives empowered, i’s dotted and t’s crossed. He/She will be an integral part of agency growth and will be expected to implement systems and practices that help complete work on time, on budget and to the delight of our clients. He/She is insanely organized and has tremendous communication skills.
The Marketing Manager will support the Executive Director of Business Development to develop and implement RP3’s advertising, marketing, and communication programs in order to increase our client roster and build positive awareness of the agency. The Marketing Manager will be working closely with The Executive Leadership team and interact with all departments during the pitch process to ensure clear internal communication.
