Summary
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of web development projects. This includes collaborating with internal teams, managing external vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and alignment throughout each project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple digital projects, including website design and development, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Use project management tools such as Jira to track progress, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.
- Vendor Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including web development and software engineering teams.
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a bridge between technical vendors, internal creative teams, account managers, and clients.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status, risks, and solutions.
- Web Development Expertise:
- Oversee the entire web design and development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.
- Provide guidance on technical feasibility, design considerations, and development approaches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital or web-based projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong understanding of the web design and development lifecycle, including UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, and QA processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) are a plus but not required.

Position/Hours Worked
This is a full-time position. Given the nature of marketing, this position requires someone with a strong work ethic and growth mindset. Occasional work outside standard business hours is also expected.

Salary Range: $83,000 - 110,000 Annual DOE
