We’re looking for a New Business & Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, organizer, and instigator. This role sits at the center of how RP3 grows—connecting outreach, relationships, content, and opportunity into a disciplined, modern growth engine. You’ll own the systems, rhythms, and storytelling that power our new business and marketing efforts—bringing sales and marketing together into one connected growth system and helping shape how RP3 shows up in the market.
This is a highly visible role with meaningful exposure to agency leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Expert-level Google Slides skills and strong proficiency across Google Workspace
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve research, content, and workflow efficiency
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and energized by making complex systems run smoothly
• Even-keeled under pressure, with the ability to stay focused, thoughtful, and constructive when things move fast
• Experience with CRM-driven outreach and familiarity with Apollo, Winmo, LeadDelta, or similar tools is a plus
POSITION & HOURS
This is a full-time position requiring a strong sense of ownership and accountability and a growth mindset. Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support pitches, events, or deadlines.

RP3 is a hybrid agency headquartered in the Washington, DC metro area. Our leadership team meets weekly and gathers in person every other week.We prefer candidates who are based in or near DC, but we will consider remote candidates who can travel frequently for client meetings and leadership team sessions. All candidates must be located in a city with direct, reliable access to Washington, DC.

Position Summary
The Head of Account Leadership is a visionary and hands-on leader who drives client success, organic growth, and agency momentum. Equal parts strategist and operator, this person inspires teams, deepens client relationships, and ensures RP3 consistently delivers business-driving, creatively excellent work.
At RP3, Account Leadership owns both the client relationship and project delivery. This role ensures that every engagement — from campaign development to multi-channel brand platforms — is led strategically and managed efficiently, balancing long-term vision with smart, disciplined oversight.
The Head of Account Leadership leads a team of account supervisors who oversee project delivery and collaborate closely with RP3’s centralized operations and resource planning team. This leader partners with the Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to sell and deliver high-caliber work that makes an impact on our clients’ businesses, while also driving revenue growth across existing accounts and contributing to new business efforts.

15+ years of experience in strategy, brand planning, insights, or related disciplines within creative or integrated agencies
Proven track record of leading strategy teams and shaping agency-level strategic thinking
Deep expertise in brand strategy, cultural analysis, consumer insight development, and integrated marketing
Advanced experience in primary research design and data interpretation
Exceptional communication, presentation, and narrative-building skills
Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance strategic work
MBA or other advanced degree a plus
