Creative at the Core
We’re an independent creative agency that seeks the good in everything we do - from the brands we build to the people who build them. If you’re a creative mind who’s not afraid to make, break, and spread good then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
As a small, independent agency, we give employee's every opportunity to make an impact from day one. But we don’t stop there - we invest in every employee's growth, both personal and professional, because we know our people are our greatest asset.
Quality of Life
We believe great work starts with great work balance. From summer Fridays to karma days, we want our employees (and dog-ployees) as happy as our clients. Everyone at RP3 enjoys an extensive benefits package including parental leave, 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance.
Reasons to Celebrate
For us, it’s important to celebrate victories large and small. We call it spreading the good. From out-of-office activities, sports games, birthdays, anniversaries, and company parties, there are never enough reasons to celebrate and spread the good.
