As part of our integrated “The Little Things are Giant” campaign, we’ve been partnering with their internal teams to create a more seamless customer experience. Part of that effort entailed folding Peapod Delivery into the Giant Food brand.
In addition to television, radio and digital content, we’ve been working to create a consistent look and feel across the website, apps, in-store signage, delivery trucks, shopping bags and more.
At launch, Giant saw immediate double-digit growth in eCommerce sales and by year end sales were up 34%. Locations offering Pickup have received a Net Promoter Score of 79.
