    You will be expected to:

    • Flawlessly manage the day-to-day activities of agency accounts in order to ensure the delivery of great, effective work
    • Build strong relationships with key clients, prospects, internal teams and external partners
    • Become an expert on all aspects of our clients’ businesses: operations, objectives, performance, competitive landscape, industry trends, etc.
    • Take an active role in future planning and idea generation for clients, providing strategic input and formulating innovative solutions to existing marketing and advertising problems
    • Support the business development team in efficiently and effectively preparing proposals and new business pitch materials
    • Be the curator of our library of agency assets, including creative materials, past proposals, team bios, etc.

    Responsibilities

    Specifically, the responsibilities of the Account Executive are as follows:

    • Day-to-day management of key accounts and business development needs
    • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and “own” the relationship and communication with key contacts
    • Partner with Strategic Planning and Account lead on creative brief development; independently develop assignment briefs for smaller projects
    • Work with production to develop project schedules and budgets
    • Support creative teams as needed throughout the creative development process
    • Assist Account lead in ensuring that campaign ideas are integrated across all facets of client’s marketing
    • Manage the client budget projections, tracking and billing
    • Work with Account Lead to draft scope of work documents and estimate budgets for new projects and prospective clients
    • Write and distribute conference reports following all meetings
    • Maintain weekly client status report and meetings
    • Manage development and proofreading of new business proposals, pitch decks and client presentation materials
    • Ensure all assets (schedules, briefs, decks, new business materials, etc.) are being housed in an organized manner on the server
    • Develop and maintain schedules for RFP response, pitches, outbound pursuits, etc.
    • Organize internal teams to meet deadlines for new business initiatives.

    Skills

    • 3-5 years of account service experience and the ability to form trusting, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams
    • A natural tendency toward enthusiasm, fresh thinking and creative solutions
    • You work well with others – collaboration is the name of the game

    • Handle all aspects of client relationship management for specific assigned accounts
    • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry, becoming the “subject matter expert,” and lead the agency team in understanding/knowing this information and translating it into opportunity for the client and agency
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop and present strategies and appropriate POVs to clients
    • Lead a client, rather than take orders
    • Be able to organize and map out the work needed to answer RFPs for the agency team and support other new business efforts.

  • Brand Planner/Brand Strategist

    The Brand Planner crystalizes strategies to connect brands and consumers by bringing a clear, total and creative understanding to how the two connect. A successful candidate must:

    RP3’s Victorious Internship Program (V.I.P.) is looking for emerging stars from all majors, with a demonstrated passion for marketing communications. This may be evidenced by relevant course work, job experience, extra-curricular activities, or the unexplainable propensity to be the best at everything. Account Leadership Interns will have exposure to the following business disciplines, on both a traditional and digital level: Account Management, Strategy/Planning, Creative and New Business.
