  • Senior Producer

    The Senior Producer will serve under the executive creative director, helping to manage and produce the various projects and personnel that come together in creating broadcast campaigns, video content and print materials within RP3. The senior producer is the lead on all project elements and phases, from project inception to completion. You are an expert creative problem solver who finds inventive solutions, all while managing both the internal and client teams’ expectations. You are a craft maker who can currate and assemble great teams of outside suppliers (directors/filmmakers, experiential companies, animators, editors, composers, photographers, and the like).

    This position ensures the output for all video projects matches the respective creative and brand vision for each and is delivered at the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with creative teams from the earliest conceptual stage to ensure the most innovative creative and production are employed.

    • Source and evaluate quality vendors to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources and the latest technological developments and techniques.
    • Bid and negotiate with vendors for all aspects of TV production, editorial, post, and music.
    • Collaborate with Business Affairs and the music supervisor on all financial, talent, and licensing matters.
    • Have basic knowledge of AICP, AICE, SAG, and AFTRA.
    • Integrate with other producers (as needed) on events, physical builds, CGI, and digital and be knowledgeable about all mediums.

    • Prepares broadcast/radio/print estimates and recommendations for clients.
    • Assures external coordination of broadcast production activities; i.e. ISCI code assignments, SAG/AFTRA issues, invoice approvals, network clearances, avoidance of penalties; AAAA issues, etc.
    • Is knowledgeable in the latest production techniques, sources, production house capabilities, production cost factors, union contract issues, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of training and experience preferred
    • 3+ years of experience producing video, content and print from start to finish, including: planning, scheduling, shoots and shot lists, interviews, and delivering to a wide variety of content destinations – in product, on the web, on television, etc.

  • Graphic Designer

    The Graphic Designer works on a variety of products and activities, such as social content, websites, advertising, posters, banners, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual brand.

    You’ll work to a brief agreed with the client, Executive Creative Director and Acting Creative Director or account manager, and will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts for the client’s objectives.

  • Senior Art Director

    The Sr. Art Director (Sr. AD) is responsible for helping to derive creative concepts and for directing the visual elements of the original work product from start to finish – generating unique, engaging, and new representations for every creative brief.

    Having confidence in their skills/stylistic approach and the drive to create new, exciting, and provocative visual experiences, Art Directors work with their creative team(s) to solve any creative brief from unique vantage points, often yielding breakthrough work for their clients. The Sr. AD creates and then maintains the visual look for all of the work on an account, making sure the client’s marketing materials are visually engaging, and the selling message is clear, strategically sound, and on the brand. Whether it’s designing ads, websites, outdoor media, or brochures, the Sr. AD will execute the artistic direction and work with other team members to bring the vision for the project to life.

    Sr. Art Directors are expected to take responsibility for the quality of any artwork, typography, and layout deliverable – ensuring that it meets agency standards for creative excellence and client satisfaction.     The Account Supervisor reports directly to the Account Director.  The Account Supervisor functions as the principal day-to-day representative of the agency with respect to the advertising development and servicing of accounts assigned.
