The Account Supervisor will report to an Account Director, department or group leader, and is primarily responsible for translating clients’ business challenges, opportunities or needs into actionable brand/marketing strategies and then leading all day-to-day activity to execute on those strategies. We are looking for a smart and insightful storyteller, who is great at presenting their thinking and helping sell compelling work. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. A graduate degree is preferred.
Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate data and to identify human insights that are at the heart of great strategies and inspiring creative briefs. We will ask for past examples.
