RP3 Agency Founder & CEO Beth Johnson has been named a 2026 Campaign US 40 Over 40 Honoree, recognizing leaders whose experience, influence, and continued impact are helping shape the future of advertising and marketing.
Over the past 17 years, Beth has built, rebuilt, and continually evolved RP3 while staying committed to a simple mission: to build an agency where incredibly talented people can do the best work of their careers.
As Founder and CEO, Beth led RP3 through a decade of strong growth, expanding capabilities across brand strategy, creative, digital experience, media, social and integrated communications. In 2020, Beth faced her greatest leadership test when the pandemic caused RP3 to lose nearly 70% of its revenue overnight. Instead of closing, she led a full reinvention of the agency, culminating in RP3’s 2024 rebirth. Her recruitment of CCO Tuesday Poliak reignited the agency’s creative ambition and sparked a deliberate shift toward becoming more intentional, more focused and ultimately, Wildly Original.
And the results have followed. RP3 has delivered double-digit revenue growth and expanded relationships with major organizations across industries.
The agency’s work for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy is one example of that momentum. The “Take a Hike” campaign transformed a familiar insult into an invitation to reconnect with nature, generating $86 million in donated and earned media, nearly one billion impressions, and a 20% increase in ATC’s email list in just three months. The campaign was also named Ad Age’s 2026 Small Agency Awards Gold Winner for Integrated Campaign of the Year.
Clients choose RP3 because Beth has built an agency that helps organizations navigate complexity with clarity, creativity and a collaborative spirit that makes RP3 a true partner, not a vendor.
Beth represents the future of modern agency leadership: resilient, strategic, community‑driven and relentlessly committed to originality. She is empathetic, grounded and deeply committed to the people around her. She goes to extraordinary lengths to support, protect and champion the people she brings into the agency, creating an environment where talent feels seen, valued, and able to thrive.
That commitment extends to the broader community. Beth has served organizations including the Washington Area Women’s Foundation, Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, Leadership Greater Washington, the Girl Scouts, and the 4As Mid-Atlantic Council. Today, RP3 provides more than $200,000 annually in in-kind creative support to nonprofits advancing equity, education, and economic mobility.
Being named to Campaign US’s 2026 40 Over 40 is a recognition of what Beth has accomplished, but perhaps more importantly, of what she continues to build.
Seventeen years after founding RP3, she is still pushing the agency forward, challenging her team to think bigger, and proving that Wildly Original Gets Results.
Congratulations, Beth.
