Award-Winning Creative Director to Expand Firm’s Vision
RP3 Agency, a leading creative strategic communications firm in the Washington metropolitan area, announced today that Dylan Bernd has joined the Bethesda, Md.-based firm as its new Executive Creative Director. As the agency continues to grow, Bernd will oversee the expansion of the firm’s creative department while continuing to deliver the creative excellence RP3’s clients have come to expect.

Bernd has spent the last 20 years as an Art Director/Creative Director developing award-winning campaigns at some of the nation’s most prestigious advertising agencies. Some of his past clients include: Target, AXE, MasterCard, Google, JetBlue, Virgin Mobile, Johnnie Walker and American Express.

Prior to joining RP3, Bernd was an Executive Creative Director at Arnold Worldwide and held various creative leadership positions at global advertising agencies such as MullenLowe, McCann, Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Mother.
His outstanding work has garnered recognition from his peers throughout his career including CLIO awards, Art Director’s Club, Communication Arts, Andy’s, Hatch, Seattle Show and Cannes.
