Hilton Supply Management is a stand-alone entity within the overall Hilton organization. Its mission is to provide significant savings on hotel supply costs for Hilton’s managed hotels and to promote supplier diversity. However, HSM faced a lack of awareness, even within Hilton, of its services.
We developed a complete awareness-building package of marketing materials for HSM. This included digital messaging, a social media presence, printed collateral, conference support material, sales team presentations and annual reports.
The work was informed by several key strategic workshops that helped hone HSM’s messaging, tone and aesthetic, resulting in key initiatives having greater effect.
