RP3 Names Laila Lynch Head of Account Leadership

By Maja Husar • March 31, 2026

RP3, the independent full-service creative and performance agency committed to creating Wildly Original ideas, today announced the appointment of Laila Lynch as Head of Account Leadership, bringing aboard an integrated marketing leader with 15 years of experience shaping award‑winning brand experiences across CPG, telecommunications, retail, healthcare and technology.

In her new role, Lynch will oversee the agency’s account leadership discipline, championing a culture where teams are empowered to create their strongest and most successful work. She will focus on streamlining operations, deepening immersion in clients’ businesses and proactively delivering new thinking and strategic opportunities before clients even have to ask for them.

“Laila has that rare ability to see both the big picture and the unseen opportunities within it,” said Beth Johnson, CEO, RP3. “She elevates teams, strengthens partnerships and brings a spark that pushes everyone around her to think bigger. Laila is exactly the kind of leader who helps an agency grow in all the right ways and we are so fortunate to have her on board.”

Lynch joins RP3 from AMP Agency, where she served as Group Account Director leading major accounts including BFGoodrich, Meta, Zillow and PFU America. Prior to AMP, she held senior roles at AKQA and Mullen Lowe, partnering with some of the world’s most influential brands such as Optum, Verizon, Nike, Unilever and Google.

With a strong background in technology and transformation, Lynch has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex challenges while inspiring teams to push creative and strategic boundaries. “Stepping into this role feels like the perfect convergence of everything I love about this industry: big ideas, brave clients and teams who aren’t afraid to push past the expected,” said Lynch. “I’ve always believed that the best client partnerships are built on curiosity and momentum. This team has both in spades and I am eager to help drive some incredible results for brands.”
