Small agencies, by nature, live on the edge. An account loss, a key employee leaving or a client cutback can have a far greater impact than a missing cog in a big holding-company wheel.
To that effect, when COVID-19 struck, AdAge invited small agencies to share their stories for a new section called Living on the Edge. The idea was for smaller agencies to tell how they are dealing with the impact of the coronavirus, overcoming adversity and applying creativity, ingenuity and hard work to solve a business problems.
