Beth Johnson Wins 2016 Washington Brava Award.

RP3 Agency Co-Founder and CEO recognized for outstanding leadership in business and community.

RP3 Agency, a Bethesda-based creative agency, is proud to announce that Co-Founder and CEO, Beth Johnson, has been named as a winner of Washington SmartCEO’s 2016 Brava Award.

An annual recognition celebrating high-impact female business leaders, the Brava Awards program honors exemplary executives whose successful business efforts are met with positive community outreach, such as local philanthropy, mentoring the business leaders of tomorrow, and an overall passion for giving back. Johnson and fellow Washington Brava Award winners will be recognized at an awards gala on July 7 in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

“It’s truly an honor to be among such admirable company,” said Johnson. “My fellow honorees are making such great strides to pave the way for others and offer their support both inside and outside of the business world. It’s amazing to see, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”

Building meaningful connections between people and brands is the notion on which RP3 Agency was founded and has flourished upon. Johnson’s successful leadership style has emerged from understanding the importance of these people-first connections, whether they are brand audiences, her own team members, or her community. Through the balance of executive-driven company culture and personal happiness – a true rarity in the business world – Johnson inspires her team to raise the bar in progressive thinking, the identification of opportunity, and creativity.

Johnson is also involved on the boards of the Washington Area Women’s Foundation, Junior Achievement, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and the 4A’s Mid-Atlantic, and is a member of the Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2015. In 2012, Washington Business Journal named her as one of the area’s Women Who Mean Business.

About Washington SmartCEO’s Brava Awards:

The Brava Awards program celebrates high-impact female business leaders in three categories: CEOs, Executive Directors of Nonprofits, and C-suite executives. Brava Award winners combine their irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for giving back to the community, and are exemplary leaders of both their companies and their communities. They encourage local philanthropy, mentor up-and-coming leaders and set their companies on the path to tremendous growth. Each year, an independent committee of local business leaders selects winners based on company growth, community impact and mentoring. SmartCEO shares their inspiring stories in SmartCEO magazine and celebrates their success at a high-energy awards gala.
