RP3 announced the addition of two new employees to the agency’s account leadership and creative technology teams. Both hires bring unique skills and experiences to the agency and its mission of building opportunity for a diverse list of forward-thinking clients. “The entire RP3 family is looking forward to working with these new members to continue producing ground-breaking work,” said Jim Lansbury, Founder and Chief Creative Officer.

James Saulsky, Account Executive
James joins RP3 from The Martin Agency in Richmond where he worked on national and global campaigns for the world's favorite cookie: OREO. He also helped create social media content for Sabra Hummus, Sparkle, and Stoli Vodka. James graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Advertising and Political Science, a seemingly odd mix of interests to anyone living outside of the D.C. area.
In his spare time, James always carries a camera, produces electronic music with his brother, and rides skateboards and surfboards whenever he can.
Phil Bolles, Senior Experience Designer
Phil joins RP3 from the education and nonprofit worlds. He's worked on projects for Duke University, Yale University, the Smithsonian, and the American Textile History Museum, among others. Twenty years after launching his first site, Phil looks forward to the future of the web, apps, and physical computing. His work tackles interactive content, video, research, accessibility, and responsive design–all of which fuel his passion for the multi-disciplinary nature of experience design.
Phil teaches design courses at General Assembly, leads UX workshops in the D.C. area, and enjoys waxing poetically about widescreen cinema formats.
