Did you start your first blog when N Sync was still on the charts? Does writing a 50-page website sound as fun as a box of puppies? Can you bang out envy-inducing headlines and interstitial copy with the same aplomb? (Did you need to look up “aplomb”?) If the answer is yes (except about looking up aplomb), we’ll worship at your feet.
We, all 25 of us, are RP3. Located in Bethesda, MD (about a mile from the DC line), RP3 is a full-service ad agency with an emphasis on digital and social marketing. We believe in giving clients everything we’ve got, but we also believe in having a life. Seems we’re doing something right because we’ve doubled in size in the last year.
Responsibilities (because saying “duties” makes us laugh like a second grader):
- Work with creative directors and art directors to ideate and write copy for interactive marketing, online campaigns and web-based projects
- Meet the client’s strategic objectives every time
- Love interactive and social media, write the hell out of it, but not at the exclusion of traditional projects, too
- Develop Web copy, applications, banner ads and display ads sexy enough to get someone to the website in the first place
- Keep Interactive Project Manager happy
- Stay current on industry developments, creative trends and new technologies
Skills and experience to bring with you:
- Proven communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively before staff or clients
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work with and impress coworkers outside of the creative department
- This is a biggie: the talent to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects with looming deadlines
- 2+ years experience in interactive design or related field
