We, all 25 of us, are RP3. Located in Bethesda, MD (about a mile from the DC line), RP3 is a full-service ad agency with an emphasis on digital and social marketing. We believe in giving clients everything we’ve got, but we also believe in having a life. Seems we’re doing something right because we’ve doubled in size in the last year.

So, enough about us, let’s describe you:

• Three to five years of account service experience and the ability to form trusting, lasting relationships with clients
• A natural tendency toward enthusiasm, fresh thinking and creative solutions
• Persuasive, polished presentations that don’t sound like you’re just regurgitating the brief
• It goes without saying that you’re fluent in social media and digital marketing, but we’re saying it anyway, loud and clear
• You consume strategy like oxygen, which will help as you develop and implement strategic marketing plans from initial planning to ROI analysis
• You can write your way out of a paper bag and into a promising pitch
