I am a recent college grade (May 2011) and have have the worst time finding a job in my field. I did an internship with a small marketing firm after college and it lead in to a part time job but I didn’t get enough hours and it wasn’t the experience I was hooping for.

Since then I’ve been applying everywhere and no luck! I got a job pushing carts at Costco to make ends meet but got laid off after the holidays. After that I got a job as a Assistant Manager at Hollister (retail) and i just fear that I’m spiraling into a path that won’t lead in to the career I aspire for.

I have my degree in Media Studies with a concentration in Advertising. I have strong design skills and I want to do creative work in the advertising industry.

If there is any advice or opportunities you can direct me to, that would be great!!!
